The Napa Valley Transportation Authority reviews and investigates all complaints. To help facilitate a quick response and resolution to any issues you may experience on one of NVTA's services please ensure you select a topic that best fits the comment you wish to provide. We also ask that you provide a time of day, the route/service, and bus number to assist in our investigation of an incident. NVTA staff strives to respond to all comments and complaints so please allow staff three business days to review and respond to any complaints. Complaints that include offensive or deragatory language will not be responded to or tolerated. 

Should you wish to make a suggestion that you believe would improve the service that suggestion will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member. All suggestions are retained by NVTA staff and are reviewed when we make changes to our schedules or begin a planning effort. 

Of course any and all compliments are weclome. If you wish to compliment a specific driver please provide their name or at least the route and time they were driving so we can pass on your kind words to them.
