Please allow staff three business days to review and respond to any complaints. Complaints that include offensive or derogatory language will not be responded to or tolerated. All suggestions are forwarded to the appropriate staff and are reviewed when we make changes to our schedules or begin a planning effort. If you wish to compliment a specific driver please provide their name or at least the route and time they were driving so we can pass on your kind words to them.
